We are seeking a versatile superintendent to oversee and coordinate small- to medium-sized commercial construction projects.

• Desired Profile

  • Hold a CCQ carpenter-joiner card
  • Hold a valid driver’s license
  • Have 3 to 5 years of experience in a superintendent position
  • Be available to perform work requiring lodging from time to time (an asset)
  • Demonstrate autonomy, versatility, and rigor

• Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate work on commercial construction sites
  • Plan and monitor the progress of work
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
  • Ensure compliance with schedules and plans
  • Control the quality of completed work
  • Perform various carpentry work as needed
  • Ensure good coordination among the various stakeholders on site

  • Monday to Friday schedule
